Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Is it allowed?
  • Refund & Cancellation is allowed only when the account holder (student) is planning to leave the school.

  • Method & procedures
  • - Refunds are made only through the original mode of payment.
    - One (1) week notice is to be provided to the canteen administrator informing the exact date when to terminate the parent wallet facility services.

  • Terms & Timelines
  • Processing of Refund will be done within 1 week after termination of Parent Wallet Facility Services. Service fees and charges from Benefit Payment Gateway and AFS will be applied for the refund process.
